Methylation Sample Preparation Mate
The Methylation Sample Preparation Mate includes a thermal cycler, a pipetting module, a magnetic rack, a shaking module, a heating module, and a HEPA air filtration module. It can complete bisulfite conversion modifications of DNA samples and the subsequent magnetic bead purification of converted DNA. This process allows for the conversion of unmethylated cytosines in DNA to uracil, which can then be detected using methylation-specific PCR, qPCR, restriction enzyme analysis, and sequencing to determine the methylation status of CpG sites. The Methylation Sample Preparation Mate can assist scientists and clinicians with methylation profiling, tumor screening and risk assessment, early diagnosis, staging and typing, prognosis evaluation, and treatment monitoring. It can be applied in clinical laboratories of hospitals at all levels, third-party laboratories, centers for disease control and prevention, biological laboratories in universities and research institutions, and R&D laboratories of biopharmaceutical companies.
Metabolomics Mass Spectrometry Sample Preparation Mate
The Metabolomics Mass Spectrometry Sample Preparation Mate includes modules for pipetting, shaker, and positive pressure. It can complete clinical mass spectrometry pre-processing procedures such as sample and internal control addition, standard curve preparation, sample protein precipitation, and solid-phase extraction based on sample loading from blood collection tubes.
The Metabolomics Mass Spectrometry Sample Preparation Mate is suitable for use in clinical laboratories of hospitals at all levels, third-party laboratories, and disease control centers. The primary testing items include neonatal genetic screening as well as monitoring vitamin D, endocrine hormones, liver and gallbladder diseases, and therapeutic drugs, providing clinical evidence for diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis assessment for scientists and clinicians.
NGS Pre-processing Mate
The NGS Pre-processing Mate includes modules for PCR, pipetting, magnetic block, and heater-shaker. It supports the workflow of DNA library preparation, including DNA fragmentation, end-repair, tailing and adapter ligation, amplification, product purification, and mixing. Additionally, it facilitates RNA library preparation during the pre-processing stage, including polyA enrichment, mRNA fragmentation, and first and second strand cDNA synthesis. The prepared libraries are suitable for subsequent targeted sequencing, metagenomic sequencing, single-cell whole-genome sequencing, SNP analysis, RIP sequencing, and exome sequencing.
